Class Discriptions
FOR BEGINNERS TO ADVANCED THERE IS A CLASS FOR YOU! ALL CLASSES WILL SHOW MODIFICATIONS.
Chair Yoga – End your week with a relaxing meditation and stretch utilizing a chair
Fit4Lift – A workout developed for all age groups. Make it as high or low impact as you want to. You will work entire muscles groups with weights & elevate your heart rate with cardio moves that you take to your own level.
Mommy & Me – FREE class for you and your baby (ages 0-2 yrs). Come workout for 30 minutes with your bundle of joy. This is a limited space class, so registration is required. (donations accepted) linktr.ee/bfumc
Power Hour – Interval (timed) workout that combines strengthening and cardiovascular exercises utilizing a variety of equipment.
Spin & Stretch – Start by burning tons of calories on the bike for 30 minutes then finish on the floor stretching out those muscles.
