- Butts & Guts – A combination of strengthening and cardio moves that all focus on the core and glutes.
- Chair Zen – A blend of meditation, stretch & Yoga all in one! You are guaranteed to leave fully relaxed Mind, Body & Sprit.
- Fitness 101 – A workout developed for all age groups. Make it as high or low impact as you want to. We will work entire muscles groups with weights & elevate your heart rate with cardio that you take to your own level. This class is perfect for beginners, intermediate or advanced.
- Fitness Strong – A pure strengthening class geared towards all age groups. Working your body from head to toe using various weights and a chair.
- HIIT Mix – High intensity mix of cardio and strength drills to build endurance and muscle. Modifications will be shown for Low Impact.
- Kickboxing – Come and work your full body with kicks, punches and ABS exercises. Get your heart rate up and aggression out!
- Zumba – Urban fusion dance class with Latin dance moves with a steady, sweaty pace. Fun for all!
