Our Group Fitness has it all, and for every level—whether you want aerobics, Yoga, Zumba, high intensity, low impact, we’ve got the moves that will energize and tone you. Check out our schedule now!

Class Discriptions

  • Butts & Guts – A combination of strengthening and cardio moves that all focus on the core and glutes.
  • Chair Zen – A blend of meditation, stretch & Yoga all in one!  You are guaranteed to leave fully relaxed Mind, Body & Sprit.
  • Fitness 101 – A workout developed for all age groups. Make it as high or low impact as you want to. We will work entire muscles groups with weights & elevate your heart rate with cardio that you take to your own level. This class is perfect for beginners, intermediate or advanced.
  • Fitness Strong – A pure strengthening class geared towards all age groups. Working your body from head to toe using various weights and a chair.
  • HIIT Mix – High intensity mix of cardio and strength drills to build endurance and muscle. Modifications will be shown for Low Impact.
  • Kickboxing – Come and work your full body with kicks, punches and ABS exercises. Get your heart rate up and aggression out! 
  • Zumba – Urban fusion dance class with Latin dance moves with a steady, sweaty pace. Fun for all!
